The Rise of the Cartels
Oldham Council Leader SEAN FIELDING is in trouble. Up for re-election this May, it’s not looking good for him. Sick of the sleaze, Failsworth has a new Independent Party. Labour Party pollsters are already worried. The Leader of Oldham Council is at serious risk of losing his seat.
Not at all surprising then that he and his girlfriend are away in New York to recharge their batteries and take stock before returning to fight for their futures. Should Sean Fielding lose, where else is he going to get such a well paid job? Should he lose, who else is going to help Sophie fast track from promotion to promotion?
Bare Faced Lies
It seems that SEAN FIELDING’s now infamous ‘bare faced lies’ speech has aged less well than his grubby underpants.
I did not think he could outdo such a disaster but somehow young Sean has managed it. Even after his ‘bare faced lies’ speech, he followed it up with the catastrophic botched investigation in to the grooming, rape and trafficking of White working class girls in Oldham.
None of these incidents have gone down well with the good people of Failsworth. Well, actually, it’s not gone down well with people in any part of Oldham. That’s before all the exposures of dodgy land deals, his girlfriend securing a job working under him or his condescending behaviour with constituents.
The screen grabs of his clever conversations with concerned grandparents, where he refused to answer simple questions regarding Oldham Council’s employment of SHABIR AHMED, the ringleader of the Rochdale Grooming Gang, have been shared far and wide. The dismay at his contemptuous response to a young woman who was gang raped by an Asian Grooming Gang is now common knowledge, even if the Council have managed to keep their friend in the local press on side and stop it from being reported.
And let’s not start mentioning FIELDING Snr and his inference that the decent folk of Oldham who cared about the rape of White working class girls by Asian grooming Gangs are racists. Why else would you cross the road if I was walking by? Perhaps it’d be best if SEAN FIELDING sent his Father to New York for a while.
Oh boy, is young in Sean in trouble. Even his mates at Labour Party HQ can’t quite believe how he’s got himself in to this mess. At least he has the support of the local Labour Party where his fellow Oldham Councillors, sensing that he’s in trouble, are rallying around him and doing their best to help. How? By doing what politicians do best - they are manoeuvring so they gain the most from young Sean’s misfortune.
The likelihood is that come May, with Sean’s unceremonious defeat in Failsworth, Oldham Council will have a new leader. Whilst presenting a united front in public, behind the scenes moves are already being made. At the forefront are three would be candidates. All three enjoy the support of Jim Mcmahon MP. All three are supported by three respective Cartels. All three have questions that they are refusing to answer.
As always, I ask those that follow my posts to decide for themselves how much of what I share is fact.
Arooj Shah
The now infamous AROOJ SHAH, currently one of two Deputy Leaders of Oldham Council, is supported by the Gangsters Cartel. Her declaration of loyalty at the most recent Council meeting, to Dale Cregan’s getaway driver, cemented their support. By standing up and declaring her loyalty to her gangster associations and refusing to leave behind friendships with heroin dealers, money launderers, gun runners and those that tortured and sexually abused young men they kidnapped, she has secured their support. As the saying goes, ‘homies for life’.
This Cartel’s relationship with AROOJ SHAH is not a new one. They have celebrated election victories beside her and backed her on social media throughout her ‘ordeal’. As far as they are concerned, she’s one of their own.
Just look at how she was caught out with her undeclared and then falsely declared ownership of GELATO’s ICE LOUNGE. When exposed, she posted love hearts in response to one of her criminal friends offer to murder me. These are the types of relationships to be treasured. The types of relationships that the Cartels hold in high regard.
Another valued relationship of AROOJ SHAH’s is the one she enjoys from her ally Cllr SAHID MUSHTAQ. He can be usually found sat next to AROOJ SHAH in Oldham Council meetings, where he can comforts her and checks on her well being following my so called abuse.
Cllr MUSHTAQ only came to my attention following his brother, the now confirmed not really a solicitor, TAHIR MUSHTAQ. This imbecile started by claiming that I was a paedophile. He provided the contact details of LONGFORDS Solicitors, including a LONGFORDS email asking people contact him at his office with information. He even resorted to offering a £2,000 reward. The two Mushtaq brothers have a third brother, the businessman, TARIQ MUSHTAQ.
Oldham Council are still refusing to answer this FOI REQUEST regarding the sale of a substantial plot of public owned land to Cllr MUSHTAQ’s brother and business partner, TARIQ MUSHTAQ.
It seems likely that he Cllr Mushtaq will mobilise whatever support he can to assist AROOJ SHAH in her leadership bid. After all the Mushtaq’s and Cllr Shah are both linked by Companies House. Oh you didn’t know that? You thought they were just childhood friends since aged 11 or some other similar nonsense? Let me take you through a series of 10 simple steps. I think Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ has some explaining to do.

Exhibit 2 - After being informed that as the sole owner of Gelato’s, she is the only person legally able to financially benefit, she changes her mind and decides she is not an owner

Now if I was JIM McMAHON MP, I would be writing to the SERIOUS FRAUD OFFICE to investigate who really owns what, what the actual associations are and where this ‘investment’ money comes from through which publicly owned land is being sold to these people. Care for an ice cream anyone?
At least now I understand why TAHIR MUSHTAQ, Dale Cregan’s getaway driver and members of the Glodwick Gangster Cartel have been so relentless in their pursuit to discredit and intimidate me. At one point I thought that these guys actually had a stake in those Shisha Bars where children were lured in too…
My own thoughts are that playing the race and sexism card has got AROOJ SHAH as far as it will. There will be no MP seat waiting for a loyal friend of Dale Cregan’s getaway driver who has unanswered questions regarding her business dealings in an ice cream lounge. Just because these things may not be out of the ordinary in Oldham, elsewhere, an investigation would have already been launched.
AROOJ SHAH’s only move left is to try and secure the Leader’s position. She knows she has the backing of JIM McMAHON, and through him she can gain the support of other Labour Councillors. especially the female ones.
AROOJ SHAH also enjoys the support of the more respectable GHAZALI TRUST. Though not strictly a Cartel, they carry huge influence in the Pakistani community, especially in St Mary’s and Alexandra. AROOJ SHAH has already declared an association with this organisation when they were sold the former Glodwick Baths in questionable circumstances just days before her failed re-election in St Mary’s. The GHAZALI TRUST, should they wish to do so, can easily influence sitting Labour Councillors to support AROOJ SHAH’s leadership bid.
AROOJ SHAH also knows, that should someone else secure the role of Leader, they will want to place as much distance between themselves and AROOJ SHAH and the Gangster Cartel. Even if she didn’t want to, she has to move for the position of Leader.
The likelihood of AROOJ SHAH becoming the next Leader of Oldham Council is strong. Do not take her tears as a sign of weakness. She is politically ruthless and straight out of the Cersei Lannister school of politicians. Though as shocking as the prospect of her becoming Leader of Oldham Council may be,, there is something that might actually be worse. Imagine a scene where she is Mayoress, three guesses who her Consort will be?
Abdul Jabbar
The other Deputy Leader of Oldham Council is ABDUL JABBAR. A with the disgraced AROOJ SHAH, he is also likely to make a move in becoming the next Leader.
A veteran councillor, unlike the flamboyant Ms Shah, ABDUL JABBAR has operated under the radar, and avoided drawing attention to himself and his associates. In charge of all of our money for the best part of 20 years, JABBAR is considered by those in the know to be the Littlefinger of Oldham politics, Let me spend a little more time on bringing you up to speed on Cllr ABDUL JABBAR.
For over 20 years, ABDUL JABBAR has maintained a stranglehold in Coldhurst. He has never lost an election. He’s not even come close to losing one. In the lead up to securing his nomination to be the official Labour candidate for this May’s election, fearing a revolt from within the community, JABBAR managed to ensure that the Coldhurst branch of the Labour Party was suspended. There was no vote to select the Labour Party candidate as he was automatically selected as the Labour Party candidate.
Separate to being a Councillor, ABDUL JABBAR also owns the building where the local news channel operates from and he and his family have various business interests in Oldham including the Westwood East restaurant. ABDUL JABBAR’s power is underpinned by the OBA Cartel. Unlike the other 2 Coldhurst Councillors, he is not even a member of this private organisation. That is how powerful he is, he doesn’t need to be a member.
This Cartel controls Oldham Central Mosque, the OBA Millennium Centre and pretty much every business along Featherstall Road North, Middleton Road and Chadderton Way. His brother, a former Oldham Council Senior Policy Officer, controls Oldham Central Mosque. Widely considered to be the headquarters of the OBA and once upon a time the go to place for Jim to nibble on a samosa, Oldham Central mosque has been at the centre of a number of now well known scandals.
The first scandal is how they bought the land at a discounted rate on a 18 year interest free terms from Oldham Council. Something the Council first tried to hide when asked. The second scandal was the bringing to public attention of how the at time Chairman of Oldham Central Mosque, was not just a convicted sex offender, more worryingly, when brought to the attention of Oldham Council, they refused to intervene and safeguard children.
The Cartel runs a sophisticated network of activities through which it helps launder money, exploit illegal immigrants, assists benefit fraud, controls government grants and allows its members to traffic and sexually exploit children. Naturally, the OBA Cartels’ co-ordination of postal voting is also unrivalled.
In addition to controlling Coldhurst, this Cartel has expanded in to North Chadderton. With St Mary’s, Medlock Vale and Werneth controlled by rival Pakistani Cartels, expect to see this Cartel continue to expand further in to Chadderton and Royton.
Anyone who stands against this Cartel is discredited and outcast. When I first started raising concerns last year, ABDUL JABBAR even attempted to send the Police to arrest me. This was following a botched attempt involving Cartel foot soldiers to beat me up. That’s how powerful this Cartel is. They control Coldhurst.
Like AROOJ SHAH, ABDUL JABBAR, knows the value of keeping the Cartels on side. Just as ABDUL JABBAR remains silent on the sex offender holding a senior position at Oldham Central Mosque, he also remains silent on the now closed taxi firm TELECARS. This firm was investigated for its role in child sex exploitation and even though there was evidence of grooming and rape of children by taxi drivers from this firm, no charges were every brought by the Police. Unknown to most people outside of the immediate community is ABDUL JABBAR’s association with both Oldham Central Mosque and TELECARS.
Unknown also is that In the lead up to a previous election, ABDUL JABBAR, quietly supported another Coldhurst mosque to have a plot of land transferred to them for £1 after the Council had spent £20,000 of our money clearing it up. You didn’t know about it because unlike AROOJ SHAH, ABDUL JABBAR is a shrewd operator. Or he was at least. I only found out about it because local residents wanted the land to make in to a play area for children. Go figure. Spend £20,000 of our money and then sell a plot of land for just £1.
Like all cartels, the OBA Cartel is composed of various factions. One of these factions attempted to build up its numbers in the Coldhurst branch of the Labour Party, and fearing losing control, the Cartel ensured that the branch was suspended and Abdul Jabbar was nominated unopposed. This faction has now put up its own Independent candidate. The likelihood is that for the first time ever, ABDUL JABBAR, faces competition. He needs votes. And because he needs votes he is prepared to go anywhere to get them. This includes reaching out to the convicted sex offender and former Chairman of Oldham Central Mosque.
In any other town, the Deputy Leader of a Council, launching his re-election campaign with a convicted sex offender sat alongside him would cause outrage. But this isn’t any other town. This is Oldham.
Does ABDUL JABBAR have a chance of becoming Leader? He did only just missed out on becoming MP for Oldham East & Saddleworth. He probably hasn’t got enough votes yet. The OBA Cartel only control one ward right now. At best he’ll get 10 votes. But give it a few years as the OBA Cartel expands deeper in to Royton and Chadderton and he’ll come back stronger. That’s as long as he defeats the splinter group in Coldhurst. It seems that just as in Failsworth, people in Coldhurst are also waking up.
By the way, I do have a question for JABBAR? I do know him. Would you let that sleazy, groping, would be rapist that you are happy to share a platform with anywhere near your teenage niece Councillor?
Dr Zahid Chauhan
If AROOJ SHAH is our Cersei Lannister and ABDUL JABBAR is Littlefinger then the only comparable I have for Dr ZAHID CHAUHAN is Lord Varys.
Being the good Doctor he is, CHAUHAN knows where all the bodies are buried. Widely considered by those in the know to be the real right hand man of JIM McMACHON, he has successfully played one faction off against the other in the Labour Party controlled Labour Council. For his loyalty to the cause, each time, CHAUHAN has been rewarded with a chance of becoming an MP. Unfortunately, this has always been in seats where the Labour Party have as much chance of winning as anyone other than he does in Alexandra. To help placate him, he received an OBE this year. Nonetheless, sources within Oldham Labour have confirmed that he aspires to step out of the shadows and take his rightful place as Leader of Oldham Council.
Those familiar with how the Cartels operate in Pakistani communities will be more familiar with the term Biraderi rather than Cartel. The word means brotherhood and refers to an extended clan or tribal networks that influence the UK's one million and rising strong Pakistani community. The networks are an extension of systems of allegiance in Pakistan itself.
Those with inside knowledge of the system are fully aware that when a candidate is chosen for election, it will nearly always be a Biraderi member. Usually a male, he will is chosen because of his bloodline rather than personal ability.
Once chosen for election, his name will go out to the extended clan in Pakistan and the UK. Alliances between politicians and Biraderi elders in Pakistan lead to leaders travelling to the UK during elections and instructing their clan members to vote accordingly. Without this support, the candidate is doomed.

In the same way CHAUHAN has played the Labour Party with a foot in every camp, so too has CHAUHAN played the Biraderi. He operates in the spaces between the various Pakistani Cartels. No one knows which camp he is in. What they do know however, is that it’s in their benefit to have in on side. His allies do well out of him. CHAUHAN, both directly and indirectly, has employed a number of family members of senior Oldham Labour Party figures including JIM McMAHON’s partner.
Wearing his many multiple hats, CHAUHAN has access to information through which he and his associates have built up a successful empire of doctor’s surgeries and medical centres. Most recently, he even acquired the former Royton Youth Centre to expand his empire.
Royton Youth Centre
For reasons only know to themselves, the Council decided to refuse to sell Royton Youth Club to the bidder with the highest offer. It appears that CHAUHAN’s bid to buy it and ‘continue delivery of Primary Care services to the local populous’ may have been the second highest offer. No matter, let’s be ‘transparent’ and send it off to auction instead. Nothing at all to do with how it would look if the Council actually accepted a lower second offer by a Councillor.
At auction, this once thriving youth facility was duly bought by CHAUHAN and of course it was just a coincidence that once he started redeveloping the building it started falling apart and now he has an empty plot of land to build on.
I can only guess how much this prime building plot would have raised for Oldham tax payers if the Council had cleared and sold the land.
Whilst a quick search on Companies House also reveals that CHAUHAN has interests in multiple medical centres and doctors surgeries, what is even more revealing is that he is a Director of OLDHAM CARE AND SUPPORT LTD. Here, he sits on the Board alongside a number of other prominent Oldham Councillors including the current Mayoress, GINNY ALEXANDRA, Cllr STEVEN BASHFORTH and the currently under investigation Council Solicitor, PAUL ENTWISTLE. Oldham Care and Support spends over £11 million a year. No conflict of interest at all.
As for CHAUHAN’s chances. Of all three, he is likely to get the most support. After all, he is a Doctor and we all know how we can trust Doctors.
He who controls the Asian Vote…
Well, it was only going to be a matter of time before those who control the Asian vote would want to be at the forefront of controlling the town. Once they are openly running the town, I think it’s only a matter of time before they go for JIM McMAHON MP.
Whilst all three are for now closely aligned with JIM. All three are also politicians. In a town where the systematic grooming, rape and sale of White working class girls were ignored in exchange for votes, does anyone really think that any of these will think twice in exploiting any of there others?
And once in charge of Oldham, it’s not like JIM McMAHON will have anything left to offer these politicians and the Cartels that are aligned with them. There just won’t be anything left to give them.
