Sale of Land to East of Alexandra Centre Retail Park
Last week I brought to people’s attention news of the undervalue and sale of Glodwick Baths. Following my story, there has only been silence from Oldham Council, Cllr Arooj Shah and The Ghazali Trust. Let us be in no doubt whatsoever as to what the concern is - that publicly owned land was undervalued and exchanged with a community organisation to influence the outcome of an election. This matter has been reported to the Police. It may be that more of us will have to report it to force an investigation. It is unprecedented for a Council to sell land to a community organisation days before an election in breach of purdah. Just knowing that should imo automatically result in the Acting Returning Officer (and Oldham Council Chief Executive) Dr CAROLYN WILKINS from being barred to take on this role in the December General Election.
Serious questions have surrounding Oldham Council for some time now regarding the sale of publicly owned land and then planning approval that seems to completely ignore any local feelings. That these decisions then struggle to stand up to any level of scrutiny only leaves an impression amongst many people n our town that Oldham Council is corrupt. The controversy surrounding the land swap of Saddleworth School and the battle save our valleys battle to force a judicial review are just two well publicised fights against a dodgy Council. In the inner areas, where independent voices are easily quashed by powerful politicians and their cartel associates, too often there is barely a murmur at the decisions the Council makes in disposing of public assets.
A Dirty Campaign
It will not have gone unnoticed that when JIM MCMAHON took to the Oldham Evening Chronicle to claim that he ‘will not be intimidated’, he attempted to distract the focus of my concerns away from child rapists and corrupt politicians to my role in the schools. That no-one has intimidated him is of course irrelevant. McMAHON, like the Cartel members that attack me on social media continue to attempt to distract away from a series of concerns. Concerns that the so called independent press also fail to ask him about. I think it is important that l repeat them here.
1. Jim McMahon used the funeral of Lee Rigby to keep news of a grooming gang from parents in Oldham. This was evidenced by a email leaked to me between the BBC and Jim McMahon whilst he was Leader of Oldham Council
2. Jim McMahon has a close relationship with Oldham Central Mosque. He attending a function at the mosque where the twitter strapline was thanking them for all the votes. When allegations of the Mosque's role in postal vote fraud were first raised, the Mosque had claimed that it has nothing to do with politics. The twitter evidence has proven this to be false.
3. Jim McMahon has benefited significantly from a huge increase in postal votes. The majority of these postal votes are cast in the Asian wards that traditionally turn out for Labour. The 2015 postal vote figure was over 25%. I have an email exchange with the Council who are currently refusing to provide updated figures though they have admitted that they have them. Ask yourself why the Council are refusing to release these figures?
4. Jim McMahon has been pictured with convicted criminals and illegal immigrants. I have shared the photographs of these. His office has claimed that he does not always know who he is pictured with. My point is that he doesn't need to know, that he is posing with these people, especially when they are criminals, provides them with legitimacy. This was after all a technique that multiple peadophiles including Jimmy Saville used.
5. A paedophile protector from Rotherham campaigned with Jim McMahon in 2015. This was reported in the national press. I shared the photograph, the name of the ex Rotherham Cllr and also details of his role in helping protect peadophiles in Rotherham.
6. I shared that the Chairman of Oldham Central Mosque was a convicted sex offender and that whilst JIM McMAHON was leader of the Oldham Labour Group, that this sex offender had stood as the official Labour Party candidate in Coldhurst.
7. I shared ex Cllr Kaiser Rehman's report to the Police that during the 2015 election campaign, Cllr RYAN OLIVER who at the time was working for Oldham Council, in work time campaigned for JIM McMAHON. This action is unlawful, especially as OLIVER RYAN's role in the Council appeared to be politically restricted. KAISER REHMAN has agreed to swear an affidavit. Both Cllr RYAN OLIVER & JIM McMAHON refuse to comment. So also does Oldham Council Chief Executive, CAROLYN WILKINS refuse to comment.
8. I have shared the sale of the former Goldwick baths during purdah. This took place during JIM McMAHON's watch as official Council minutes show that he was the appropriate portfolio holder. The sale of a public owned asset to a influencial community group during election time where the sale could affect how people vote is against the law. It's no more complicated than this.
9. I have questioned the selling of public owned assets to Asian groups without following due process. This has included land/buildings sold during JIM McMAHON's tenure in Oldham Council. Consistently, these public assets were not sold in a way that returned maximum return for Oldham tax payers.
10. I have raised concerns that JIM McMAHON's parliamentary office was used to secure the early release from prison of Dale Cregan's getaway driver. I was hesitant in believing something so ridiculous until photographs were leaked to me that showed his Assistant, Arooj Shah, very clearly knew Irish Immy and knew him well enough for them to be pictured on nights out together. I also shared a photograph where Irish Immy was present whilst JIM McMAHON was out campaigning. As JIM McMAHON has refused to quickly put to bed this ridiculous allegation, I have submitted a FOI. I am waiting for the response.
Even though these concerns are in the public domain, I find it incredulous that the local press only appear to just be providing PR for JIM McMAHON to the point that the Oldham Evening Chronicle have printed a series of inaccurate and libellous statements regarding myself that I consider to be intentional.
I can confirm that I have commenced action against Oldham Evening Chronicle.
WHO IS TAHIR MUSHTAQ AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
As I reveal more and more, it will not have gone unnoticed that the opposition to me is getting more and more dirty. Followers of what is taking place will see that throughout this journey, the opposition is nearly always made up of Asian men. Whilst you may not know who these men are, I can confirm that a pattern is that not only are they Labour Party supporters, they often also have direct links with the Asian Councillors and/or are criminals associated with the Cartels.
Very recently, a man called TAHIR MUSHTAQ started to follow me and has taken to Facebook to make the usual sort of claims that mainly Asian men associated with the Cartels are increasingly making. I did not know exactly who Tahir Mushtaq was other than he shared a surname with Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ. I asked him if he was related and the thin veneer of impartiality completely vanished and a tirade of abuse commenced which culminated with him accusing me of being a paedophile. That TAHIR MUSHTAQ is a solicitor means that he is duty bound to follow through on this accusation and report it to the Police. I will be naturally be reporting him to the SRA and also sue him for defamation. Nonetheless, the question I was left with is why the reaction? This is what I have been able to determine so far:
Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ is a member of the Council’s Cabinet. He is not just an ordinary Councillor, he sits at the High Table alongside Sean Fielding, Arooj Shah, Dr Chauhan & Abdul Jabbar
As well as being brother to TAHIR MUSHTAQ, Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ is a business partner at a company called KNIGHTSBRIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED with the third brother TARIQ MUSHTAQ. The link to this information is here In his Register of Interests, Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ also declares this directorship. Link here The good Councillor also declares his interest in the relatively new company (January 2019) TMS PROPERTIES LIMITED. This time, his brother THAIR MUSHTAQ is also a Director. The link for TMS is here What this shows is that all three brothers have had a business relationship that started with KNIGHTSBRIDGE INVESTMENTS on the 5th March 2009 and has continued to TMS PROPERTIES on the 9th January 2019
TARIQ MUSHTAQ meanwhile owns another business seemingly separate to his brother, the recently formed EXPRESS HOUSING LIMITED as shown here and more interestingly, a company named FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED as shown here
On the 5th June 2019, Oldham Council’s Planning Committee approved ‘Land to east of Alexandra Centre Retail Park’ to be approved for a proposed soccer centre. The application was made by FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS. The applicant TARIQ MUSHTAQ even attended the planning meeting and addressed the Committee. There are no notes from the minutes of the Committee that declare that TARIQ MUSHTAQ as either Cllr SHAHID MUSHTAQs brother or business partner. Perhaps the Councillors who sit on the Committee, after seeing him in person and recognising the same surname, were also still in the dark as to who he was related to? I couldn’t possibly comment. The decision to approve this change of use even made the news. TARIQ MUSHTAQ and his company FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS are clearly referenced in this Oldham Evening News article here. You will also note that the former Council Planner, Steve Irvine, who was later suspended for gross misconduct before resigning, also provides a statement. Perhaps he and the other Council Officers were also NOT aware of the family connection?
An FOI was submitted to Oldham Council on the 8th July 2019 questioning the sale of this land to the brother of Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ. The link is here People may want to give it a once over. Having looked at it, I am only left with a series of unanswered questions. They include
No mention of how long the plot was advertised for
No mention of what the Council determined was the market value
No mention of if the highest bid was the one that was accepted nor what the bid amount was for.
So there you have it, Cllr SHAID MUSTAQ’s brother buying up publicly owned land where throughout the entire process the family connection appears to be missed. Nothing to see here, Nor is there anything to see that the company that bought the land, FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED, just happen to be the company where Cllr SHAID MUSHTAQ is NOT a Director.
As for the nature of how FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED raise their investments and who from, well that as they say is a story for another day.
I think I have a very clear understanding of why TAHIR MUSHTAQ has maligned me. But hey, as Jim Mcmahon MP says. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED!
